These terms apply to www.syedshoaibroshan.com and the résumé PDFs offered from it. The site is the personal professional portfolio of Syed Shoaib Roshan H. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not, please do not use the site.
What this site is
This is a public description of my work, for hiring conversations and for people who want to understand what I do. It is not a client portal, not a product you can buy here, and not legal, financial, climate, or sustainability advice for your organisation.
The work described
- Client names and some engagement details are masked or summarised so confidential work stays confidential.
- Case studies are my account of work I owned or influenced. They are not a quote from the client, and they are not an endorsement unless I say so and you can confirm it.
- Metrics and outcomes are operating figures from that work. They are not audited financial statements and they are not a guarantee of similar results for someone else.
Résumés
The PDF résumés are for you to evaluate me for a role, an introduction, or a conversation. You may store a copy for that purpose. You may not present them as your own materials, scrape them into a training set you publish, or redistribute them as a product.
Intellectual property
The writing, layout, photographs of me, and résumé files on this site belong to me, except where a name, mark, or framework belongs to someone else (for example a former employer or a reporting standard). You may link to the site. You may not copy the site, the photographs, or the résumés for your own site or commercial use without my written permission.
Links
LinkedIn, GitHub and other outbound links are other people’s services. Their terms and privacy rules apply once you leave this site. I am not responsible for those destinations.
Acceptable use
Use the site as a person would: read it, download a résumé if you need one, get in touch. Do not attack the site, overload it, attempt to break into the host, or use automated scraping in a way that harms the service or republishes the content as yours.
No warranty
The site is provided as it stands. I take care with facts, but I do not warrant that every page is complete, current, or free of error, or that access will be uninterrupted. I may change or take down a page at any time.
Liability
To the extent Indian law allows, I am not liable for loss that comes from using or not being able to use this site, including relying on a case study or a résumé without speaking to me. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not let me limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute has to go to a court, it will be a court of competent jurisdiction in India.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after that date is acceptance of the update.
